Digital Health Business Analyst - Clinical Applications (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Recording and modelling of professional processes as well as accompanying the entire application lifecycle from specification to delivery.
Development of business concepts together with the responsible organisational units and translation of operational needs into suitable system solutions.
Review of adaptation requirements, definition of appropriate implementation scenarios and coordination of realisation with relevant stakeholders.
Organisation of quality assurance, acceptance tests and productive introductions including coordination of necessary activities.
Ensuring stable operation of the specialised applications, structured handling of incidents and competent support of user groups.
Qualifications:
Completed studies at HF or Bachelor level in computer science; an advanced degree in business informatics is welcome.
Proven experience in the healthcare software environment, preferably with experience in clinical information systems and IT projects.
Strong ability for structured analysis and linking of professional, technical and organisational contexts.
High consulting competence and enjoyment in collaborating with various user groups and specialist departments.
Willingness to be on call and to work occasionally outside standard hours as well as good German and English skills.
