Role:
In this role, you actively shape how companies use artificial intelligence by advising and executing from the initial idea to successful implementation. You analyse business processes, identify concrete use cases, and develop practical solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure, Microsoft Foundry, Copilot Studio, or local infrastructure in the Leuchter CLOUD. You do not design classic chatbots but develop agent-based solutions that orchestrate knowledge, data, tools, and existing systems to support processes, initiate actions, and make knowledge available at the right moment. You combine Copilot Agents, Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, RAG, tool calling, APIs, and, if necessary, multi-agent approaches into powerful, everyday applications. You are responsible for ensuring that these AI solutions not only work but are also secure, transparent, and genuinely helpful for users in daily use.
Responsibilities:
- You plan and implement AI projects based on Microsoft 365, Azure, and the Leuchter CLOUD.
- In this role, you implement Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Copilot Agents for different customer requirements.
- As a specialist in AI assistant solutions, you develop individual AI solutions with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, or local infrastructure.
- You analyse customer processes and derive concrete AI use cases and optimisation potentials.
- In this role, you integrate AI functions into existing system landscapes such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, CRM/ERP, and third-party applications.
- You ensure compliance with data protection, permissions, security, and governance in all AI solutions and work closely with customers in workshops, prototypes, and rollouts.
Qualifications:
- You have solid experience in one or more disciplines such as application development (C#, .NET, JavaScript, Python), Microsoft 365 / SharePoint / Teams, Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio), or Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.
- You understand APIs, data structures, authentication mechanisms, and system integration and apply this knowledge confidently in projects.
- You can analyse customer processes and design and implement suitable technical solutions.
- You have a strong interest in AI, automation, and modern Microsoft cloud technologies and enjoy further training in these areas.
- You work in a structured manner, enjoy prototyping, testing, and thorough documentation.
- You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written, for customer workshops and documentation.
