In the competence centre of our Contact Centre, you ensure excellent service and sustainable member relationships together with your team.

Your mission

You competently and solution-orientedly support our members – by phone and in writing. Step by step, you develop into a consulting personality and assist our members with their concerns regarding our products and services.

Your responsibilities

• Telephone and written advice to our members
• Recognising the needs of our members and developing suitable solutions
• Gradual development of sales and consulting competence
• Processing customer enquiries as well as qualified leads
• Active contribution to a high level of service and consulting quality
• Building long-term member relationships

What you bring

• Enjoyment in contact with people and a strong service orientation
• Very good German and French skills in spoken and written form (at least C1)
• Interest in consulting, sales and insurance
• Motivation to learn new things and develop professionally
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills, team spirit and a positive demeanour

Advantageous

Experience in customer contact, sales, retail, tourism, gastronomy or in a service-oriented role
