Application & Digital Workplace Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
You manage central specialist applications and specifically develop their functions according to internal needs.
You manage user access, permissions, and reports, ensuring reliable data.
You design Microsoft 365 and SharePoint solutions and continuously develop the digital workplace.
You analyse business processes and translate them into suitable application and LMS solutions.
You advise internal customers, explain technical contexts clearly, and work closely with IT and specialist departments.
Qualifications:
You have a higher IT education at FA, HF level or a comparable qualification.
You bring many years of experience with SQL, reporting, interfaces, and automated data processes.
You are very familiar with Microsoft Cloud Services such as Azure, Microsoft 365, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform.
You think analytically and structurally and find pragmatic solutions even for complex requirements.
You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and have a very good command of German and English.
