Project Manager Sanitary (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced professional as Project Manager Sanitary for the independent management of small, medium and large projects in building services engineering. You will take overall responsibility from inventory and calculation through execution planning to realisation and acceptance. The focus is on demanding sanitary installations for new builds and renovations in commercial and industrial environments. In addition to technical project management, you will be responsible for costs, deadlines, quality and resources and work closely with those responsible for execution and installation.
Responsibilities:
Independent project management of sanitary projects of various sizes from acquisition to project completion
Conducting on-site inventories and developing technical solution concepts
Preparation of calculations, quotations and change orders as well as support in acquisition
Processing of tenders and submissions according to SIA phases
Creation and coordination of execution planning for sanitary installations in new builds and renovations
Responsibility for project controlling, costs, deadlines and quality throughout the entire project process
Conducting preparation of work as well as coordination of materials, resources and installation processes
Close cooperation with department management, installation supervisors and installers for optimal personnel deployment planning
Coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, suppliers and other building services trades
Supervision and monitoring of installation and execution as well as handling technical issues on site
Organisation of commissioning, acceptance and defect rectification as well as preparation of final and revision documents
Ensuring compliance with relevant SIA standards, SVGW guidelines and quality requirements
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as Building Services Planner Sanitary EFZ or equivalent qualification
Further training at HF/FH level or as a federally certified sanitary planner is an advantage
Several years of experience in project management and project execution of sanitary installations
Sound knowledge of new build and renovation projects in commercial and industrial construction
Experience in calculation, quotation management, preparation of work and project controlling
Knowledge of relevant SIA standards and SVGW guidelines
Good user knowledge of industry-standard CAD/building services and project software
