Customer Service and Administration Employee Hourly Wage 40% - 60%

Your task:

Under the leadership of the department head, you will help keep the business in top condition at all times. As a customer-oriented employee, you show initiative and willingness to perform in various areas and are also skilled in handiwork.

Your main tasks include:

- Greeting and advising customers at the counter and on the phone,

- Managing all customer service files: spare parts, interventions, exchanges, credit notes, customer loans,

- Managing the flow of goods of defective products and spare parts,

- Collecting payments for services paid by customers and processing refunds,

- Taking on administrative tasks related to the smooth functioning of the department.

You must also support the business administrator and take on the following tasks:

- Various administrative tasks and computer entries related to business operations,

- Responding to emails and phone calls,

- Managing your own cash register,

- Controlling all processes and documents related to the flow of financial resources,

- Managing customer and auxiliary accounts (open customer accounts),

- Checking transactions,

- Managing the flow of home deliveries.

Your profile:

- You have a Federal VET Diploma (EFZ) as a businesswoman/businessman or as a sales specialist,

- You have very good technical knowledge in the field of IT and consumer electronics,

- You are familiar with common IT tools, well organised, sociable and diplomatic,

- You are available on Saturdays.
