Your role includes promoting and selling the diverse range of Nespresso coffee products and accessories. Become an essential part of the coffee community and inspire others to consciously consider what is in their cup and how it enriches their daily rituals.

A day in the life of sales staff:

• As the first point of contact, you welcome, assist, and advise our visitors, thus being our business card in the store.
  
• You delight our customers in the Tasting Area with our coffee specialties and create unforgettable experiences.
  
• You specifically recommend products from our wide range of machines and accessories, tailored to the individual preferences of customers.
  
• You spark interest in our customer loyalty programme Nespresso & You.
  
• You respond competently and flexibly to individual concerns.
  
• At the till, you ensure a smooth and friendly conclusion to the shopping experience.
  
• You contribute to a welcoming atmosphere in the store by creating an appealing product presentation according to our design guidelines.

Your area of responsibility:

• 
  
• You approach people openly and communicate confidently and gladly in German.
  
• You combine your service-oriented attitude with great joy in sales; experience with high-end, luxury, premium FMCG, or retail brands is an advantage.
  
• You have at least 2 years of experience in direct customer sales.
  
• You are characterised by a strong work ethic, integrity, and total honesty (transparency and trust).
  
• With your quick understanding, you learn about our machines, coffee, and service offerings, thus providing an exceptional shopping experience.
  
• You remain calm and organised even in stressful phases, and working on Saturdays is familiar to you.
