For an established Swiss company, we are looking for a technical customer advisor (m/f/d) 100%. The position offers a varied role focusing on telephone customer advice, quotation processing, and technical information within a committed team. We seek a service-oriented individual with a basic technical education and ideally multilingual skills for nationwide customer support.
- Preparation and follow-up of customer-specific quotations and orders
- Processing orders and carrying out invoicing
- Maintenance of customer master data and completion of administrative tasks
- Support of the field service as a link to other departments
- Experience in telephone customer contact and internal sales desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office and administrative processes
- German language skills required, French or Italian an advantage
- Service-oriented, resilient, and team-capable personality sought
- Independent working style with individual scope for design

Responsibilities
