On behalf of our client, a Swiss group active in the automotive sector and experiencing growth, we are looking for an Automotive Warranty & Billing Manager to join their site in Valais. You will join a modern structure representing several recognised automotive brands and benefit from a working environment that is professional, friendly, and close to the field.

Your tasks with your new employer

• You ensure the administrative processing of warranty files and their follow-up
• You handle the billing related to after-sales service interventions
• You check the files and ensure their compliance as well as the accuracy of the information
• You work closely with the technical teams and the after-sales service
• You liaise with various internal contacts as well as partners and importers

You offer your new employer

• You have a good knowledge of the automotive sector and its technical vocabulary
• You ideally hold a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in the automotive field, particularly in mechanics, or have relevant garage experience
• You enjoy administrative tasks and are comfortable with precise file tracking
• You have a perfect command of French; knowledge of German and/or English is an asset
• You are comfortable with IT tools; knowledge of software specific to the automotive sector is an advantage
• You are also welcome with a more junior profile if you have a solid technical base in the automotive field and wish to evolve towards an administrative role
