Residential Area Manager 80 - 100 %

The Burgfelderhof Care Centre is one of five care centres of the BSB. The spacious modern building offers 113 residents with different needs a city-near, comfortable and individual home in the middle of greenery.

We are looking for a co-manager as Residential Area Manager 80-100 % to start immediately or by arrangement.

You lead, develop and support a team in a co-management role and are committed to person-centred care. You further develop the processes to promote a pleasant living atmosphere as well as high-quality care and support. Situation-appropriate personnel planning, taking into account cost-effectiveness and efficiency, is also part of your duties. You contribute to the strategic orientation and goal setting of the residential area and the management team of the care centre and support the fulfilment of the training mandate for students and trainees.

• Experienced nursing professional with a higher vocational diploma or equivalent qualification
• Ideally, you have completed further management training and/or have management experience
• Empathy for interdisciplinary collaboration with internal and external partners
