Foreman
What awaits you:
- Technical leadership of a work group together with the foreman/woman
- Organisation and coordination of daily work on the construction site
- Participation in maintenance and renewal work on tracks and switches
- Participation in maintenance work along the railway infrastructure (e.g. embankments, drainage, winter service)
- Ensuring an efficient, high-quality, and safe construction site operation
- Troubleshooting on the assigned railway network (on-call service)
What you bring with you:
- Completed apprenticeship in track construction, civil engineering, road construction, or a comparable construction profession
- Further training as a foreman/woman or the motivation to complete it
- Experience in leading employees or construction site teams
- Driving licence category B
- Enjoyment of working outdoors and willingness to work shifts and on-call duties
- High safety and responsibility awareness
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Ability to motivate employees and achieve goals together
