Technical Customer Service Clerk (m/f/d)
Role:
For our ROCKEN partner, you will be active in service administration and deployment planning. You handle customer concerns and coordinate collaboration with internal and external contacts.
Responsibilities:
You check incoming customer enquiries and record the necessary information for further processing.
You prepare offer documents and monitor the administrative order processing.
You coordinate the scheduling for technical staff with the available capacities.
You organise the required materials and coordinate their provision.
Control of incoming invoices and clarification of discrepant items.
Coordination with external service providers during the execution of ongoing customer orders.
You keep stock levels and related administrative data up to date.
Qualifications:
Completed basic technical training with an understanding of technical processes.
Experience in internal customer service, dispatch, or service area is an advantage.
You have good MS Office skills; experience with ERP systems is desirable.
Independent and structured working style with organisational skills.
You communicate confidently with customers and enjoy working in a team.
Very good German and very good French language skills.
