Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for financial controlling and analysing business processes and financial data
- Developing and implementing financial strategies to support management
- Conducting variance analyses and identifying recommendations for action
- Preparing budgets, forecasts and financial reports to support management
- Actively participating in strategic planning processes and business decisions
- Communicating and collaborating with various departments to provide and analyse financial data.
- Continuously monitoring and reporting on financial performance indicators
Qualifications:
- Completed EFZ training with further education in finance
- Several years of professional experience as a business controller
- Confident degree and solid IFRS knowledge
- Excellent German skills and good English skills
