Your tasks:

• Handling customer enquiries by phone and in writing
  
• Calculations, quotations and orders, processing orders in SAP
• Reading construction plans
• Price, deadline and technical clarifications with production plants and suppliers
• Handling complaints
• Collaboration and coordination with field staff
• Processing Product Management News for the Swiss market
  

You bring the following:

• Commercial training
• Technical flair, good spatial imagination
  
• Very good oral and written language skills in German and French
• Very good MS Office user skills (SAP an advantage)
