Health Administrator

- Ensuring customer-centred care of policyholders
- Checking and processing invoices, cost approval requests and benefit enquiries
- Corresponding with policyholders and service providers
- Telephone contact with social, private insurance carriers and authorities

- Commercial or medical vocational training
- Experience in the benefits area as well as a health or social insurance specialist certificate is an advantage
- Flexible, responsible and resilient personality
- Precise and independent working style
- Open personality with communication flair and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
- Good oral and written expression in German, additional language skills are an advantage
