For an established Swiss IT service company with over 40 years of experience, we are looking for a committed individual as an Account Manager. The company plans, implements, and operates modern IT infrastructures for SMEs up to international companies, focusing on Secure Campus Connectivity, Datacenter Solutions, Modern Workplace, and IT Services.
Your Tasks
- Support and strategic development of existing customer relationships
- Consulting on Modern Workplace, IT Services, Connectivity and Datacenter Solutions
- Identification of new potentials in cloud transformation, infrastructure modernisation, and IT security
- Preparation of offers and project support in close cooperation with the internal sales department and our technical teams
- Positioning the company as a long-term IT partner
Our Requirements
- Several years of experience in account management or IT consulting
- Understanding of hybrid IT infrastructures, cloud or network solutions
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
- Customer-oriented, communicative, and independent working style
