Your mission:

• Management of general accounting: entry of various documents and accounting operations, bank reconciliations and assistance in closing accounts
• Management of payments, client invoicing
• Monitoring and administrative management
• Management of salaries and settlements with social insurances
• Participation in the preparation of VAT returns and tax declarations

Your profile

• Holder of a federal diploma as a specialist in finance and accounting or equivalent
• At least four years of experience in a similar position or in a fiduciary firm
• Mastery of Swiss accounting principles, salary management and social charges
• Excellent command of Abacus, Winbiz and Excel.
• Native French speaker with excellent knowledge of English, German being a plus.
• Excellent organisation, flexibility, autonomy, rigour, sense of service as well as proactivity are essential to succeed in this role.
