Responsibilities:
Operation, configuration and further development of modern workplace environments (Workplace)
Participation in the optimisation and further development of the Microsoft environment (Windows, M365, Azure)
Support in customer service and ensuring smooth IT operations
Analysis and resolution of disruptions in the workplace and infrastructure environment
Co-design of automation, standardisation and simplification initiatives in IT
Close collaboration with internal stakeholders and ensuring high service quality
Participation in the training and supervision of apprentices
Qualifications:
IT specialist EFZ or equivalent, recognised qualification in Switzerland
Several years of professional experience in Microsoft environments (Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure)
Sound knowledge in workplace management
Experience in lifecycle management of Microsoft tools (planning, operation, further development)
Confident handling of modern IT infrastructures and cloud solutions
High customer orientation and enjoyment of working in a support environment
Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
Ability to maintain an overview both operationally and conceptually
