About the job

Main missions:

• Ensure the educational and organisational management of the structure
• Supervise and support the educational staff in professional practices and relations with parents
• Plan and organise the working hours of the staff
• Manage registrations and the administrative follow-up of the children cared for
• Implement the missions and orientations defined by the Management
• Develop staff skills and support their development in order to strengthen the quality of educational practices
• Support and assist teams in relational issues aiming for a positive team dynamic
• Ensure the financial and administrative monitoring of the organisation

Desired profile:

• ES diploma as a childhood educator or other qualification accepted by the SCAJE
• Certified training in management recognised by the SCAJE
• Professional experience in staff management of at least 5 years
• Ability to develop, implement and evolve an educational concept
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Leadership and communication skills
