ERP Application Administrator (m/f/d)

Role:
In this role, you take responsibility for the operation, support, and further development of the ERP system and ensure that the connected business processes run smoothly. You analyse requirements from the specialist departments, translate them into suitable ERP solutions, and accompany their implementation from specification to go-live. In addition, you coordinate adjustments and updates, carefully test new functions, and ensure a stable and high-performance system landscape. Through your expertise in the ERP environment, you support users in daily operations, train them, and contribute to continuously optimising the use of the system. As an ERP Application Specialist, you bring your experience to standardise and automate processes, thereby measurably increasing efficiency in the company.
Responsibilities:
You take responsibility for the 2nd-level support of the ERP solution
In this role, you independently prioritise, analyse, and process support tickets
As an ERP Application Administrator, you actively follow up on support cases and ensure a quick and sustainable resolution
You develop optimisations for quality assurance, standardisation, and automation of ERP processes
In this role, you create and maintain clear documentation for the department and key users
As an ERP Application Administrator, you plan and conduct training sessions and workshops for key users
Qualifications:
- You have completed training or further education in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification
- You have experience in application or ERP support, ideally in an industrial environment
- You have good knowledge of ERP systems; experience with COMARCH is an advantage
- You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented and take on high personal responsibility
- You are customer- and service-oriented, communicative, and able to convey complex matters clearly
- You are a team-oriented character with a strong quality focus, organisational skills, and openness to change and new technologies
