About the job
Head of Strategic HR Projects – 2-Year Fixed-Term Contract
Your mission
As a public service media, we are undergoing a profound transformation. Our corporate culture is a key lever for implementing our strategy. Reporting directly to the Head of Personnel and Culture Development, you will coordinate and lead a portfolio of strategic initiatives and projects across departments within the framework of culture development. This cross-functional role, without hierarchical responsibility, relies on your ability to exert influence, mobilise people, and coordinate activities beyond linguistic, regional, and professional boundaries.
- Management of a portfolio of strategic projects: independently plan, coordinate, and lead several cultural transformation projects; ensure collaboration between specialised areas, regions, and language regions, and advance the implementation of agreed measures and milestones
- Data-driven diagnosis and management: conduct stakeholder and impact analyses, utilise cultural diagnostics and employee surveys to formulate recommendations and measure progress
Your profile
- Master’s degree in social sciences, organisational psychology, business management, or a comparable field; additional training in change management or organisational development is an advantage
- Several years of experience in change management and cultural transformation, ideally both in consulting and in-house, including large-scale reorganisations
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional cultural initiatives and projects, as well as collaborating with executives
- Proficiency in diagnostic methods (impact analyses, surveys, cultural diagnostics) and a data-driven approach
- Demonstrated ability to bring people together and advance projects without hierarchical authority: diplomacy, political acumen, and perseverance
- Excellent command of German and French, both spoken and written; Italian is an asset
- Sensitivity to the challenges of a multilingual environment and a public service institution
What we offer you
- A strategic role at the heart of a transformation affecting the entire company
- Great autonomy and direct access to relevant stakeholders
- A multilingual environment and a mission meaningful to Swiss society
Application deadline: 25 October 2026
