For our ROCKEN partner, an internationally active company in the fields of mechanical engineering, industry and electrical/electronics with over 30 employees at the Zurich location, we are looking for an experienced professional for the Group Finance team. In this central specialist role, you report to the Consolidation, Reporting & ICS Manager and ensure reliable consolidation and closing processes as a specialist in Lucanet. You support the finance organisation and continuously develop systems, controls and reporting processes, with a focus also on automation and AI.
Responsibilities:
You support local and central finance teams in using Lucanet, including troubleshooting, data validation, master data support and user advice
You continuously develop Lucanet reporting as well as consolidation processes, the technical planning process, controls and documentation
You identify meaningful automation and AI use cases and accompany their practical implementation in Group Finance
You conduct the monthly closing checks in Lucanet and review completeness, consistency, reconciliations and balance sheet quality
You analyse identified data and system issues, coordinate their resolution with the responsible finance teams and ensure sustainable solutions
You support the monthly closing, annual closing and financial audits
Qualifications:
You bring around four years of professional experience in accounting, group consolidation, reporting or audit, ideally in an international company
You have practical experience with Lucanet or a comparable consolidation and reporting system
You have practical experience with ERP systems, especially in accounting and reporting
You have an understanding of monthly and annual closing processes
You have a completed degree or a comparable qualification in finance, accounting or business administration
You possess very good Excel and reconciliation skills as well as a strong understanding of data structures and data quality
You show interest in process automation
You have fluent English skills; German and other languages are an advantage
