Independent management and control of demanding construction and infrastructure projects from planning to realisation

Representation of client interests towards planners, specialists and executing companies

Development of project strategies as well as definition of necessary processes, structures and resources

Responsibility for compliance with costs, deadlines and quality requirements during all project phases

Leadership and coordination of interdisciplinary project teams as well as coordination with internal and external partners

Preparation of decision-making bases, project reports and recommendations for action for the responsible committees

Early identification of project risks and implementation of appropriate measures for successful project execution

Several years of experience in independent management of complex construction projects with corresponding budget and result responsibility

Sound knowledge of Swiss building regulations, SIA standards and common project management methods

Strong entrepreneurial thinking as well as a structured, solution-oriented and responsible working style

Communicative and assertive personality with negotiation skills

Enjoyment of collaboration with different specialist areas and external partners

Very good German skills, French and English skills are an advantage

Completed training in architecture, civil engineering or a comparable technical field

Further training in project management or real estate management is an advantage
