At Klinik Im Park, you have the opportunity to actively shape the future of intensive care nursing – in a newly created specialist role and as a member of the management team.
Our SGI-certified intensive care unit with six beds cares for a demanding, interdisciplinary patient spectrum with a focus on cardiac and visceral surgery. Training of NDS students is also part of our mission.
In your role, you will combine approximately 20% development and conceptual work with shift work.

YOUR TASKS
- Development and management of instruments to ensure nursing and medical quality (according to SOP & evidence-based standards) as well as development and support of the implementation of nursing concepts
- Targeted, situation-specific application of evidence-based nursing knowledge and techniques, as well as advising your colleagues on nursing-specific concerns in the intensive care units
- Case and course support, moderation of case discussions and nursing professional talks
- Active participation in clinical improvement and innovation processes within project work
- Active member of the nursing specialist group at Klinik Im Park
- Participation in the direct care of critically ill patients in shift work, including monitoring and operation of medical-technical devices (individual duty planning possible after consultation)
YOUR PROFILE
- Diploma as an Intensive Care Nursing Expert NDS HF or equivalent recognised qualification
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing FH or equivalent degree; MScN is a plus
- Several years of experience in an intensive care unit of a Swiss acute hospital with HSM
- Strong communication, methodological and social skills
- Good digital competencies
- Interest in innovation, further development and clinical process design
