Clerk AVOR / Production Planning 80-100% (m/f/d)
Responsibilities:
Create production orders, bills of materials and work plans for production.
Plan production resources taking into account capacities and delivery dates.
Determine material requirements and initiate orders in operational purchasing.
Monitor delivery dates and maintain contact with suppliers.
Process quotations and order confirmations for customer orders.
Organise the necessary delivery and shipping documents.
Coordinate ongoing orders from order to delivery.
Perform the function independently without deputising within the area of responsibility.
Qualifications:
Completed technical or commercial apprenticeship with a federal certificate of competence (EFZ).
Several years of experience in a comparable role within a production company.
Knowledge in AVOR, production planning or purchasing is an advantage.
Confident handling of an ERP system and MS Office.
Technical understanding of production processes and manufacturing procedures.
Independent working style with strong organisational skills.
Resilience and reliable working method when handling several parallel orders.
Very good German skills at native speaker level.
