Software Solution Architect Public/Tax (m/f/d)

Role:
In your role, you share responsibility for the solution architecture of the entire tax solution for the tax offices. Additionally, you take on a central role in pre-sales by defining and representing the technical solution design to the customer.
Responsibilities:
Presentation of the solution and integration into existing IT landscapes as well as representation of the tax area in internal architecture committees
Leading solution design and coordinating technology and development partners in innovation projects (proof-of-concepts)
Responsible for the architecture part in tenders of cantonal and municipal tax offices
Qualifications:
At least five years of experience as a solution architect or technical lead in agile software development of complex software solutions with solid customer contact (presales, project presentations), ideally also in the public sector
Confident presence in customer discussions, strong presentation skills at C-level, and the ability to translate technical arguments into sales arguments
Team player with an open, communicative personality who enjoys developing solutions in small teams and representing them internally and externally
Analytical, quick to grasp, structured and solution-oriented with high assertiveness and perseverance
Very good German and English skills as well as a completed computer science degree or equivalent professional experience
In-depth knowledge in microservice- and microfrontend-oriented architecture, SaaS, Kubernetes, containers and related activation systems, as well as experience with technologies such as Java, Quarkus, Kafka, Maven, Hibernate, Liquibase and PostgreSQL; IAM knowledge (OAuth 2.0 and OpenID) is an advantage
