Mandated by one of our partner companies, we are currently looking for a:
CNC Setter (M/F)
- Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) or BEP / BTS in micromechanics and/or mechanics or an equivalent qualification
- Experience in setting CNC machines, in 3 and 5-axis milling (watchmaking sector).
- Strong knowledge of machining and precision mechanics.
- Good ability to read and interpret plans and technical documents.
- Rigorous, methodical and organised person.
- Ability to work independently while appreciating teamwork.
- Flexibility and adaptability to production requirements.
- Ensure the setting and commissioning of CNC machines, particularly in 3 and 5-axis milling.
- Ensure compliance with manufacturing processes and workstation instructions.
- Make the necessary adjustments to guarantee the conformity of produced parts.
- Carry out self-inspection of parts according to defined quality criteria.
- Respect control frequencies and current quality standards.
- Monitor production rates and daily priorities.
- Record operations related to manufacturing orders.
- Identify and promptly report any process deviations or quality issues to your supervisor.
- Perform first-level maintenance of equipment and machines.
