Responsibilities:
Ensuring 1st level support (ticket system)
Handling service requests and incidents
Assisting with updating system documentation
Undertaking coordination tasks (troubleshooting)
Taking on team deputising duties
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science or an equivalent qualification
Several years of professional experience in 1st level support and proven experience in IT operations
Fluent German and very good English skills (French skills are an advantage)
Proactive, thoughtful, flexible personality with a quick grasp
Service-oriented, independent working style with a strong quality focus
Team player with an interest in working and learning in a versatile way.
