Project Manager Ventilation/Air Conditioning (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF105,000 - 110,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced specialist for the project management of ventilation and air conditioning systems in demanding building technology projects. You will take on the technical, organisational and financial responsibility from work preparation through execution to commissioning and billing. In doing so, you lead and coordinate the installation teams deployed, advise the customers and ensure compliance with quality, costs and deadlines. The role combines sound HVAC expertise with project management, costing and site coordination.
Responsibilities:
Independent management and handling of demanding ventilation and air conditioning projects from order placement to handover
Responsibility for project budget, cost control, deadlines and execution quality
Technical support for the installation, commissioning and acceptance of ventilation and air conditioning systems
Execution of work preparation (AVOR) as well as planning of materials, personnel and project-related resources
Leadership and deployment planning of assigned ventilation fitters and installation teams
Coordination of interfaces with HVAC planners, site management, electrical planning and other trades
Creation and processing of offers, change orders, measurements and billing bases
Control of services rendered and preparation of invoicing and post-calculation
Consultation and support of clients, planners and customers on technical and commercial issues
Participation in construction and coordination meetings as well as ongoing monitoring of project progress
Procurement and coordination of system components, materials and supplier services as well as checking conditions
Ensuring professional execution taking into account relevant SIA standards and building technology guidelines
Qualifications:
Completed basic training as building services planner ventilation EFZ, ventilation system builder EFZ or comparable building technology training
Several years of professional experience in the field of ventilation, air conditioning and/or refrigeration
Experience in project management, site coordination or technical project handling
Further training as certified technician HF building technology or comparable qualification is an advantage
Knowledge in AVOR, costing, cost control and project billing
Good knowledge of relevant SIA standards and Swiss building technology processes
Valid category B driving licence
