Responsibilities:
You take overall responsibility for financial accounting and lead a team directly under the Finance Director.
You manage financial and liquidity planning and implement targeted measures to improve working capital and cash conversion.
Preparing monthly and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS as well as consolidating the Swiss subgroup are among your key tasks.
You are responsible for monthly group reporting, handle tax-related issues, and coordinate cooperation with auditors, authorities, and trustees.
You drive the further development of the internal control system and financial processes, support integrations, and take responsibility in various finance projects.
Qualifications:
A higher education qualification in finance and accounting.
You bring several years of experience in a leadership role within financial accounting and are proficient in financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and IFRS.
A respectful and participative leadership style as well as strong communication and social skills are among your strengths.
You have solid ERP experience, ideally with Navision and LucaNet, and are very proficient in Excel.
An independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style as well as very good German and English skills complete your profile.
