Support Engineer (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF60,000 - 80,000Responsibilities:
You are responsible for second- and third-level support (remote, telephone, email, on-site)
You take on the installation, monitoring and maintenance of ICT systems, both in local environments and in the data centre. You also create detailed system documentation
You contribute your expertise in extensive ICT projects and advise customers on technical matters
Qualifications:
- You bring the necessary expertise with a completed IT apprenticeship (EFZ) and relevant professional experience
- You are fluent in German and hold a category B driving licence
- Your profile is rounded off by your experience as an ICT supporter at an IT service provider
- As a team player, you are characterised by your solution-oriented and service-oriented personality
