In the "Process Claims" department, you actively shape the future of claims handling at Mobiliar. In this role, you combine professional expertise in the claims process with business and IT perspectives, ensuring our processes become more efficient, digital, and customer-oriented.
Your impact with us
As a Business Analyst in our agile network organisation, you identify and analyse customer needs and ensure professional requirements management.
You accompany modernisation and digitalisation initiatives in the claims area, drive the further development of our applications, and support stable operations in the spirit of DevOps.
With your interconnected thinking and initiative, you ensure clear and transparent communication between business units, IT, and other stakeholders within and outside the network organisation. In doing so, you make a direct contribution to efficient and customer-oriented claims handling.
Your profile
- Higher education or further training in business administration or computer science
- Professional experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Requirements Engineer
- Experience in the insurance industry, preferably in claims settlement
- Agile mindset and willingness to work in our organisation designed according to SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) – both on-site and in collaboration with offshore teams
- Strong ability to recognise complex contexts and develop solution-oriented results
- Confident manner in dealing with different stakeholders in business and IT
- Fluent German skills and good English skills
