Planning, implementation and maintenance of IT systems and networks.
Support in troubleshooting and resolving issues in existing systems.
Project-related collaboration between different departments and locations.
Documentation of system configurations and processes.
Conducting training sessions and supporting employees in handling IT systems.
Qualifications:
Completed training as a system technician with at least 5 years of professional experience.
Proven trustworthiness and very good project management skills.
Solid knowledge in the network area, especially in VLANs, routing, security and firewalls.
Extensive experience in server virtualisation (VMware/Broadcom) as well as in the Microsoft environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, DHCP, DNS).
Additional experience with equipment from HPE, Cisco, Ubiquiti as well as knowledge in telephone systems (PBX), Citrix and Veeam; good communication skills in German and English.
