IT Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

Support of the internal IT landscape and assistance to employees with technical questions and system issues
Independent execution of hardware and software rollouts, including setup, replacement and commissioning of workstation systems and peripheral devices
Taking over incident and problem management in 1st and 2nd level, including error analysis and sustainable solution finding
Support in the planning and implementation of IT projects, especially in the area of infrastructure, clients and system environments
Monitoring and ensuring a stable IT operation as well as performing maintenance work, updates and technical adjustments
Qualifications:
Completed training in the IT field or comparable technical qualification with relevant professional experience
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365 as well as experience with server, network and workstation environments
Basic understanding of network technologies, firewalls and modern IT infrastructures
Strong service orientation, analytical thinking and a self-reliant, solution-oriented working style
Very good German skills and good English skills as well as a category B driving licence
