Customer Advisor: Family Allowances / EO Compensation

Workplace: Zurich area / Home office share: up to 60%

For our client, an established and modern Swiss social insurance company in the Zurich area, we are looking for a committed and knowledgeable individual to support the specialist areas of family allowances and income compensation scheme (EO).

Your Tasks

• Customer advice: Telephone and written support for customers throughout Switzerland (D/F).

• Case processing: Independent checking, calculating and determining benefit entitlements in the area of family allowances (taking into account cantonal and international regulations).

• EO & parental compensation: Processing applications and ensuring timely payment.

• Process co-design: Active participation in special tasks and further development of internal processes.

• Education: Commercial basic training or an equivalent qualification.

• Professional experience: At least 2 to 4 years of experience in processing family allowances and/or EO/parental compensation.

• Languages: Business fluent German as well as good French skills (level B2); Italian is an advantage.

• IT & know-how: Strong numerical understanding, precise-analytical working style

• Personality: Team player with quick comprehension and interconnected thinking.

• Flexibility: Up to 60% home office possible (at least 2 days on site) with modern core time regulation.
