YOUR TASKS
- Processing of invoice rejections in the inpatient service area
- Administrative tasks such as guarantor clarifications, requesting medical reports, address verifications, etc.
- Clarifications with patients, doctors, and payers (by phone, in writing)
- Support for team leaders and employees in daily operations
- Support in the area of cancellations and re-invoicing
YOUR PROFILE
- Ongoing studies or completed commercial training or comparable qualification
- Quick comprehension and interest in medical topics
- Good Microsoft Office skills, SAP knowledge is a great advantage
- Enjoyment in contact with external and internal parties
- Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and flexibility
- Very good German skills, foreign language skills are an advantage
