General Construction Site Manager

As part of a permanent recruitment, our client, a planning and site management office, is looking for their future Site Manager. You will join a dynamic, stable and experienced team. This new position supports the development of the company’s activity, a stable and controlled growth.

Training as an architect/engineer ETS, HES, building draftsman CFC or an engineering degree from a foreign school, complemented by technical building knowledge
Solid experience in managing renovation projects
Proficiency with IT tools and comfortable with numbers
A coordinator and organiser mindset as well as a team spirit
Quality and customer service oriented
Analytical, synthetic and organisational skills
Ability to be firm and possess good negotiation skills Coordination of works according to the detailed schedule and within the set deadlines
Local management of works and site meetings
Coordination and management of subcontractors
Inspection of the work before acceptance, acceptance and implementation of the work
Preparation of bids
Monitoring and updating of planning
Control and maintenance of the execution file and follow-up of modifications
Verification of measurements and invoice checking
Ensuring compliance with work quality, monitoring and lifting of acceptance reservations until handover to the warranty service
Control of the implementation of safety obligations on sites
