Role:
You want to apply your expertise in finance and accounting in a modern SME and make a difference at the same time? In this role, you take on an important part of the financial responsibility and work closely with management.
Responsibilities:
You are responsible for the ongoing financial accounting and ensure correct and comprehensible processing of business transactions
You participate in quarterly and annual financial statements and coordinate the necessary work with external specialists
You take care of recurring tasks in the VAT and social security area
You support budget and forecast processes and contribute your financial perspective to planning
You further develop reporting and evaluation tools and support the establishment of efficient structures
You assist as needed with accounts receivable invoicing, payroll accounting and other administrative financial matters
Qualifications:
You have a commercial basic education and further training in finance and accounting or controlling
You bring several years of professional experience in a comparable role
You are familiar with Swiss accounting standards and experienced with financial statements and tax matters
Experience with a common ERP system such as Abacus is an advantage
You enjoy working in a team and communicate confidently in German
