- Administration and support of a hybrid Active Directory environment
- Analysis and handling of technical faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Monitoring and reduction of vulnerabilities in the responsible system areas
- Creation of technical concepts, system overviews, and documentation
- Participation in migrations, automations, and cloud projects
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments, IT teams, and external partners
- Participation in on-call duty
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a demanding system environment
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365, ideally with a focus on collaboration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, or M365 backup solutions is an advantage
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
- Independent, structured, and team-oriented working style
- High quality and security awareness
- Possession of a category B driving licence

Responsibilities
- Operation and further development of the Microsoft 365 infrastructure with a focus on collaboration- Administration and support of a hybrid Active Directory environment
- Analysis and handling of technical faults in 2nd and 3rd level support
- Monitoring and reduction of vulnerabilities in the responsible system areas
- Creation of technical concepts, system overviews, and documentation
- Participation in migrations, automations, and cloud projects
- Collaboration with internal specialist departments, IT teams, and external partners

Profile
- Completed training as an IT specialist EFZ system technology- At least 5 years of professional experience in a demanding system environment
- Profound knowledge of Microsoft 365, ideally with a focus on collaboration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid Active Directory environments
- Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, or M365 backup solutions is an advantage
- Fluent German skills (C2) as well as very good English skills (B2)
