Senior Infrastructure Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
- You identify improvement potentials in existing systems and independently implement optimisations
- In this role, you actively contribute proposals for process optimisation
- As a Senior System Engineer, you think end-to-end and consider connections rather than just individual tickets
- You communicate clearly, analyse structurally, and present solutions instead of mere problem descriptions
- In this role, you move confidently in a regulated environment with audit requirements and use your ITIL knowledge
- As a Senior System Engineer, you continuously learn and actively share your knowledge with the team
Qualifications:
- You have strong practical experience in VMware vSphere and ESXi
- You have experience with Cisco UCS or comparable enterprise compute hardware
- You bring solid knowledge of Windows Server
- You work confidently with ServiceNow, Jira, and SharePoint for tickets, projects, and documentation
- You have a pronounced affinity for automation and want to eliminate repetitive tasks
- You communicate fluently in English; German is a great plus in everyday team life
