HR Intern (m/f/d)
Are you ready to help shape the future of HR with us? Are you interested in Human Resources, digitalisation, process optimisation, and new technologies such as Artificial Intelligence? Would you like to gain practical experience in exciting HR projects while also gaining insights into an international corporate environment?
For our HR team in Kemptthal, we are looking for a committed and curious individual for an 8-month internship. In this role, you will support us in exciting HR projects and actively contribute to the further development of our HR processes and the employee experience.
Your tasks
Project Time & Attendance System
- Participation in the implementation of a new Time & Attendance system
- Support in process analyses, documentation as well as data validations and tests (including UAT)
- Involvement in training, communication and change management activities
- Collaboration with internal stakeholders and external implementation partners
Project Compensation
- Support in implementing the requirements related to the project
- Assistance with data analyses, validations and evaluations
- Support in communication, change management and training measures
HR Digitalisation, Process Optimisation & AI
- Analysis of HR processes and identification of optimisation, digitalisation and automation potentials (e.g. digitalisation of the family allowance process)
- Participation in initiatives to improve the employee experience and further develop digital HR solutions
- Research and evaluation of innovative HR technologies, AI agents and chatbots
Your profile
- Ongoing or completed Master’s degree at a university of applied sciences or university, ideally in HR, business administration, business psychology, digital business or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in the HR environment, project management, process optimisation or data analysis is an advantage
- Fluent German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Interest in HR topics, digitalisation and transformation as well as enthusiasm for innovative technologies and AI solutions
- Structured, analytical and independent working style as well as strong communication and organisational skills
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Enjoy questioning existing processes and developing new solutions
- High willingness to learn, initiative and sense of responsibility
- Discreet and responsible handling of confidential information
