Accounting Specialist (m/f/d)

The Swiss real estate company specialises in the development, management, and administration of properties and pursues a long-term, sustainable approach to handling real estate. Responsibilities:
You independently prepare financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER and OR for one to two companies and support consolidation on a quarterly, half-yearly, and annual basis.
You ensure reliable financial accounting, represent accounts payable including payment runs, and support accounts receivable as well as asset accounting.
You contribute your expertise to VAT returns, year-end reconciliations, and budgeting processes and prepare forecasts and meaningful analyses.
Additionally, you participate in annual reports, the internal control system, and digitalisation projects and ensure careful account maintenance.
Qualifications:
A completed commercial apprenticeship with a professional certificate in finance and accounting or an equivalent further education forms your professional foundation.
You bring several years of experience in finance and accounting; knowledge of the real estate sector is especially welcome.
With your analytical and entrepreneurial mindset as well as your careful and structured working style, you handle complex tasks independently.
Your high commitment and flexibility help you work efficiently and solution-oriented even under time pressure and actively shape changes.
You have very good German language skills, both spoken and written.
