Qualified ES-HES Educator (M/F) at 60%

At the heart of the Côte between lake, vineyards and mountains, the L’Espérance foundation, established in 1872, is a specialised institution working for children and adults with disabilities.
We are looking to add the skills and enthusiasm of a qualified educator to our socio-educational support management.

Mission :

• support in residential care for adults with intellectual disabilities in a boarding setting
• participation in the development and implementation of individualised projects for each beneficiary
• participation in the organisation and management of a living environment
• interdisciplinary collaboration and working with families

Profile :

• HES-ES educator diploma or equivalent qualification
• training and/or interest in intellectual developmental disorders
• ability to work independently
• holder of a driving licence
• proficient user of common computer tools
