Project Manager (m/f/d)
Salary - CHF120,000 - 125,000Role:
On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced individual as Project Manager: Architecture & Realisation for the independent management of demanding building construction projects. You will be responsible for construction projects from planning through tendering and execution planning to realisation and handover, consistently relying on BIM-based planning processes. In addition to architectural and technical project management, you will take responsibility for costs, deadlines and quality and lead the internal project team. The project portfolio includes in particular residential construction, public buildings and infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities:
Independent management of demanding building construction projects from planning to realisation
Management of projects through the relevant SIA phases, especially planning, tendering, execution planning and construction
Responsibility for costs, deadlines, quality and project objectives
Leadership and professional coordination of the internal architecture and planning team
Coordination of clients, authorities, specialist planners, experts and contractors
Development and assessment of constructive execution, detail and material solutions
Management of interdisciplinary planning and ensuring interfaces between architecture, structural engineering and building services
Application and further development of BIM processes as well as coordination of digital building models
Creation and review of project, execution and detail plans with ArchiCAD 3D
Support of tendering, submissions and contractor awards
Ensuring compliance with building laws, SIA standards, regulations and approval conditions
Support of realisation up to acceptance, commissioning and project handover
Qualifications:
Degree in Architecture FH/ETH/University or comparable construction-technical education
Several years of experience in project management and realisation of building construction projects in Switzerland
Solid experience in planning, tendering, execution and realisation phases
Very good knowledge of ArchiCAD 3D and BIM, complemented by construction administration software
Confident handling of SIA standards, Swiss building legislation, constructions and materials
Good user knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Adobe Creative Cloud
Experience in professional leadership of project and planning teams
