Present in French-speaking and German-speaking Switzerland, the Centre Patronal is a company serving businesses and the private economy, offering services in the fields of social insurance, occupational pension provision, legal and economic advice, as well as training.
As part of the development of its activities, the Centre Patronal has integrated Trianon SA, a company specialising in human resources management and pension funds.
To strengthen our Payroll team at Trianon based in Nyon (VD), which will move to the Paudex site at the beginning of 2027, we are looking for a Payroll Specialist (m/f) 100%.
Responsibilities
- Enter and analyse salary and administrative changes in the payroll management software
- Process various interfaces and ensure the quality of salary data
- Calculate and verify salaries, as well as generate XML files and accounting entries
- Periodically prepare AVS statements, withholding tax, family allowances, accident and health insurance, as well as annual tax certificates
- Configure the management tool (salary items, calculation methods, rate parameters, cost centres, etc.)
- Ensure communication and follow-up with various insurance companies and social institutions
- Regularly collaborate with the Human Resources departments of our clients and advise them on salary-related matters
- Respond to client requests professionally, in French and English
- Actively participate in the smooth running of the team and contribute to the quality of service provided to our clients
Your profile
- Commercial employee CFC, commercial maturity, HEG diploma or equivalent training
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll management, ideally in an international or multinational context
- Experience in managing expatriates is a plus
- Very good command of English (minimum B2), German is an asset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
- Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure and strong sense of responsibility
- Proactive mindset, client orientation and enjoyment of teamwork
