The Vaud Cantonal University of Teacher Education provides professional training for teachers at all levels of schooling. It conducts research and development work focused on the needs of teaching and education. It offers continuing and advanced training, as well as a range of services, aimed at all education professionals.

We are advertising a position for a

Start date: August 2027
Work rate: 1 position at 100%

Within the Human Resources, Finance and Academic Services units of HEP Vaud, you will learn to carry out administrative and organisational tasks within business management processes, and you will perform activities related to your host departments.

Your activities notably include:

• Handling and responding to information requests from various HEP Vaud audiences (staff, students, etc.);
• Drafting correspondence and various administrative documents related to the institution’s activities;
• Participating in the administrative follow-up of activities and services of the different departments (student admission procedures, invoice processing, event organisation, etc.).

Your profile:

• Certificate of completion of general education (VG) or pre-gymnasium (VP) pathway;
• Motivated by teamwork and enjoying contact with others;
• Proficiency in spoken and written French;
• Conscientious, organised and methodical;
• Comfortable with IT tools and fondness for numbers;
• Dynamic, persevering and eager to learn.
