Technical Service Clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Handling customer enquiries
• Preparing quotations in collaboration with the technical office
• Initiating and tracking spare parts orders
• Processing service assignments for billing
• Preparing service plans for customer meetings
• Handling repair and warranty claims
• Supporting logistics
