You actively participate in building a modern, self-service-based Linux infrastructure based on Ceph and OpenStack.
You take responsibility for the design, reliable operation and continuous development of Linux systems, interfaces and services.
You contribute your expertise to the design and further development of an agile, future-oriented service architecture.
You handle demanding support cases in 2nd and 3rd level support and find sustainable solutions.
You support innovative projects in teaching, research and development and actively engage in the open-source community.
Qualifications:
You have completed training in computer science or an equivalent further education – a university degree is an advantage.
You have in-depth Linux knowledge and also bring practical experience with Python.
You are confident in working with Debian and use the system routinely in your daily work.
You are confident in modern IT architectures and are well acquainted with current technologies and agile methods.
Your proactive, independent manner and positive attitude make you a valued personality in the team.
