Recognised and essential for over 40 years, Multi Personnel is an agency specialising in the provision of administrative staff and executives, temporary and permanent, across numerous economic sectors such as banking, financial companies, multinationals, NGOs, SMEs and local institutions. We are looking to recruit a Corporate Accountant – Permanent Position – 100%
Mission:
- Carry out rigorous entry of payments and precise processing of invoices in internal systems, ensuring reliable accounting management compliant with Swiss standards.
- Ensure effective management of suppliers, including verification of contractual conditions and monitoring of payments.
- Manage debtors and receivables rigorously, optimising financial flows and minimising risks.
- Actively participate in periodic accounting closures to ensure accounts are closed according to established deadlines.
- Use Abacus and the Microsoft Office suite daily for the administrative and accounting management of client and supplier files.
- Apply and improve internal procedures in collaboration with the team, aiming for operational efficiency and quality.
Profile:
- Education: Holder of a CFC Commercial Employee certificate, demonstrating a solid foundation in accounting.
- Experience: Between 3 and 5 years of significant professional experience in Switzerland, in a similar position in the private sector, demonstrating your ability to thrive in a demanding and structured environment.
- Language: Perfect command of French, both written and spoken, native speaker required to ensure smooth communication within the team and with external partners.
- Technological skills: Advanced proficiency in Abacus and the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook), essential tools for the effective execution of your daily tasks.
- Technical skills: Proven experience in payment entry, full invoice management, supplier follow-up as well as debtor and receivables management.
- Rigour and precision: Demonstrated ability to perform accurate accounting closures, ensuring the reliability of accounts and facilitating audits.
- Team spirit: Ability to collaborate harmoniously with colleagues.
- Initiative: Willingness and sense of continuous improvement, notably through process optimisation.
- Residence: within a maximum radius of 30 minutes
