Job Description
You will work in an environment where service is tailor-made, with particular attention paid to details, comfort and individual client expectations. Your role will be to ensure elegant and personalised service, with absolute respect for the discretion and confidentiality inherent to this establishment. You will participate in the setup, service and follow-up of prestations, while ensuring the maintenance of 5-star service standards.
Profile Sought
We are looking for a professional, elegant personality naturally oriented towards service, ideally with proven experience in 4*/5* hotel establishments. You have perfect command of French and a very good level of English, both spoken and written. Attention to detail, excellent presentation, discretion and the ability to anticipate expectations are essential to succeed in this environment. You appreciate personalised service and know how to adapt to each client with tact and kindness. Autonomous and reliable, you are also comfortable in a demanding environment where the quality of every interaction matters.
